La Rôtisserit

In the heart of the historic district of Marieville, on an old stone foundation, La Rôtisserit opens its doors to serve you. Looking to the future, the new restaurant is set in a warm decor, inspired by the industrial world. The meats are slowly cooked in a smokehouse fueled with Quebec maple wood, and the methods used are inspired by the Texan way of smoking.
