A forerunner in many brewing processes in Quebec, Hopfenstark has been creating unique beers of recognized quality both in the province and internationally since 2006. Over 50 different products have been created to date. All our products are available at the Lavaltrie brewery boutique. You can also enjoy our beers on site at the tasting room or on our terrace. You can enjoy our products with a light meal or a few nibbles. For meals, we offer the freshest foods and source as locally as possible.
