As subversive souls, the team does things their own way: parsnip in gin, réduit (a forgotten Québec liqueur), crème de menthe for today’s palates and traditional vodka. Their mission: produce fine alcoholic beverages, in small batches, with unexpected flavors, remaining purely subversive.
