Built in 1917 and renovated in 2021, this large house, typical of Îles-de-la-Madeleine, can accommodate up to 10 people. The property has four bedrooms and a loft. Facing west and the sunsets, La’Blanche de l'Ouest boasts a spectacular view of the sea and the magnificent landscape of this part of the archipelago.
While it may not sport the typical pitched roof spontaneously associated with traditional island ancestral homes, La Blanche de l’Ouest has been a witness to the history of L’Étang-des-Caps for over 100 years! The house has been meticulously restored to bring it back to life with all modern comforts, while the original details have been carefully preserved.
