Georgeville's McGowan Inn is one of the few lodging establishments located directly on the shores of Lake Memphremagog. In 2021, the inn was completely rebuilt in keeping with the historic architecture of the Eastern Townships. Georgeville's history is revealed as soon as you enter the inn, thanks to the photos and artifacts on the walls. A lounge, with wood-burning fireplace and bar, is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or a cup of coffee. The adjoining dining room, completely glazed, and the large terrace offer a magnificent view of the lake. The inn also offers a private room that can accommodate a group of up to 12 people for an intimate meeting or meal.
