At Le Simon de l'Atlantique, smoking has been our hobby and passion for over 20 years. Our specialty products are cold-smoked Atlantic salmon, tartare, smoked mussels in olive oil and bagels, among other things! Everything is carefully prepared using artisanal techniques that brings out the best flavour and texture. Vacuum packed and frozen as soon as they leave the smoking room, our products are exclusively available in our shop.
